The board unanimously approved the installation of electric vehicle chargers after resolving concerns and Towsongate’s Declaration relating to the public access required which is now waived by the State. The $38,000 cost will be paid from reserves, with $28,000 to be reimbursed after the work is completed.
Before proceeding, we must receive final agreement papers from the state. Then we can proceed with the installation. Assuming all goes well, the time span to purchase and install the equipment and to be in service should be less than 60 days.
